Sir,
I have purchased two trousers from M/s Fashion fiesta (eclusive showroom of Blackberrys) Shop no 3&4, ground floor
Ansals plaza ferozepur road,Ludhiana
vide bill no 7575-0001321 dt 23.07.2010 for Rs 1396/-for Rs 698/ each. Within a lapse of 25 days the colour of the trousers was faded. I have visited at said showroom on 19.08.2010 and one person Mr. Amarinder Singh who was sitting on cash counter attended me. I told him about my problem, but he did not want to listen me and told me that the store manager Mr. Lalit Kumar is not available and come tomorrow. I again visited on 20.08.2010 and met with Mr. Lalit Kumar who was sitting with Mr. Amarinder Singh. He did not listen my problem and out rightly rejected my complaint.
I asked the store manager to receive my complaint in writing, but he refused to do so after discussing someone on telephone. It is highly objectionable.Then i send e-mail and registered letter on 21.08.2010 but no reply has been given by them.
I request you to please intervene and ask them to change my trousers or refund the money immediately.
