We had brought a Symphony Air cooler (Diet 22E) on May 15, 2012. However, at present, within a few weeks of purchase, it is now out of order with the fans not working. We had lodged a complaint with the customer care number provided in their manual and a message came that within 24 hrs our complaint will be addressed by their official. The name and the contact number of the person were also provided. However, even after 24 hrs nobody contacted us. The person concerned is not peeking up the phone and when we contacted the customer care, they said they have nothing to do. Only that concerned person will attend our complaint, otherwise we can leave the machine to the dealer’s office, where if any company person comes then he will attend the machine. Our machine is within the guarantee period and we seriously need to know when our complaint will be attended and by whom?
