i purchased chevrolet cruze on sept,30th,2011 and i found some complaint in car and send the car for the same in service station in jahangir puri with the name of triumph motors.I got my car back without any solution to the problem. Now again i found some problem in my car i.e. noise in clutch pad n hard gear. Now again i went to service station today and showed the the same problem and they gave me the approx bill of rs55,000. My car is in warranty period and now they are saying that some problems are depend on the driving way of the driver. I have never heard any problem against clutch pad in the car driven only 10,000km and in warranty period. This is the worst service center i have ever gone through. Now it is their fault that why they could not find any problem when i sent my car earlier to them. that time they sed there is no problem in your car and now they are saying your clutch pad, brake pad, fly wheel are damaged.How all these parts can be damaged due to driving conditions in just 10 months old car. This is the clear way of collecting money from customers. I want my car to be repaired in warranty claim. secondly they do not have spare parts and asked me to wait for 1week. How one can manage a week without car. I was told that every part of my car is under warranty period for atleast 1 year. Now they are finding ways to collect money from customers.
