I booked 8 airlines tickets from kolkata to delhi via happyeasygo.com on 29th oct 2018 on GoAir airlines.after payment they didnot give confirmed tickets rather deducted Rs.26053,I called customer service(18003135699) to learn that they are not able to give tickets as airlines company didnot confirm them about the prices.So we asked for cancellation of our tickets and refund of full money.They mailed us telling that they will refund the money only after 10-15 days.
Please look into the matter as early as possible and help us in full refund of the amount from this travel agent company happyeasygo.(e mail [email protected])
