I have given documents on 06/06/2012 in My Idea Gallary situated at Dombivlili Maharashtra for transfering the number to my name. My name is Ranjeet D Vengurlekar & the Phone number is 8108318800. I have send various mails to Idea Cust omare Care & I have got the reply from them ” As documents will be processed on 13/06/2012 & now on 16/06/2012″. Till date documents are not processed. But for every mail Idea customer care gives the reply as ” Your communication ID … has been processed, Regds Idea” Till today name has not been changed. The Documents was given on 06/06/2012 & today is 18/06/2012 nearly 11 days are passed, it was not done. Please suggest me the idea how to get reimbursement/penalty from Idea for not doing same but giving wrong answers to the mails. Please look into the matter urgently to stop harassment of IDEA.
