Problem in TRANSCEND external Hard Disc Drive bought from RELIANCE DIGITAL RETAIL LTD, GURGAON. I have bought this HDD which is not working since last 6-7 months. It is presently under warranty which shall expire in october this year. I have been following their service support through the retailer RELIANCE DIGITAL. (as i earlier have been visiting TRANSCEND service centre at Nehru Place which seem to be non-existent). RELIANCE RETAIL people have been keeping my HDD (receipt issued to me) since 14 JAN ’12 & there is always no clarity from their side on any action (always some unclear answer answer). i look forward for some action on this complaint. Despite this product lost i am also amazed how can 2 so called good brands can be non-responsive (TRANSCEND & RELIANCE DIGITAL RETAIL). I look forward towards you. I have all receipts with me.
