Respected Sir/Madam,

With reference to complaint No. AT23384709708, I (Atal Kumar Pathak) am to submit the following few lines for your kind perusal and further necessary action accordingly:

1. I have been a customer of SBI at Dibai Branch for a long time as having a saving Bank A/C No. 11105707271 in the aforesaid Branch.

2. I have also an ATM Card facility, this is regarding the transactions done on 21-Feb, 2012. I went to SBI ATM in Bangalore and tried to withdraw Rs 20000 but no money came out, I tried again but due to machine error I could not withdraw the money in 2nd time also from that ATM machine. Since I need the money at that time, I visited another SBI ATM and withdraw the Rs 40000 in 2 times transactions and found that twice my money of actual withdrawal amount that is Rs 80000 were deducted. After some days I visited my Home Branch which is situated at DIBAI and told them about this wrong deduction and asked but they suggested me to wait as it would automatically get back into your account in 7 days. After 7 days, I looked that only 20000 Rs was credited on 23.02.12. So, I visited again my home SBI Branch in which my account belong to and asked them to register the complaint of the same but they were continuously deferring me to come to next day and so on… on 28th Feb, 2012, I met with Branch Manager and told him the details then he requested me to come after 1st week of March saying that this is the account closing time and bank staff is busy.

When I went after ending of march they said you are so late, we can’t register your complain. After a lot of attempt and request, they registered a complaint No. AT23384709708 on dated 1st week of April 2012. But the complaint was settled without making any credit into my account.

Here I am hereby giving my account details of the aforesaid transactions from 21.02.12 to 02.03.12 and also scanned copy of my SBI bank account.

3. In between, I have gone through a worst experience of my life with SBI Staff while visiting in bank for my real problem. I am very sorry to inform you that they don’t even behave like a customer. This slogan is remained just for writing Sir. If I have not been an employee of a govt. organization, I never wish to continue my account in this bank, Sir even knowing that SBI banking are very much satisfactory and Eco-friendly. But I have had a really really poor experience this time. I hope you would understand what I want to point out.

4. May be, by this I will have to face more worse services by bank staff in future, still I think that I must tell the truth to the higher administrative authorities.

In view of the above, it is earnestly requested that I may please be reimbursed twice deducted amount of Rs 20000 from my account. I hope for an quick action from your side Sir.
