Total amount of the Salary on Hold when ready to pay nominal amount and even half amount is paid for the credit card

HI, All,

This is Deepak Kumar Kushwaha as one of the User of the Credit Card of HDFC Bank while i was using the credit card my limitations was crossed and even i was paying the nominal amount as well than after 2 or 3 months i was not able to pay the nominal amount than this bank handed over the case to a third party who use to come at my home use to threaten me and my family for paying the amount even they abused me than i emailed to the seniors of the bank to convert the total amount into EMI so that i can pay. I emailed them on Tuesday, 5 February, 2013 9:51 AM to all the seniors of the bank with email address:

but no body listened me and the case was going than i arranged Rs 40000 and payed them on 18th March 2013 as credit limit was Rs 55000 and total was Rs 70000 to be paid after interest and after that for the month of April and May i was not able to pay it and when tried to pay them in the Month of May as My salary came on 1st May they kept my salary on hold as i am having the salary account with HDFC without any intimations as i am working in customer service not allowed to pick the calls on phone and as per their email which was sent to me was they contact me…. I am the only earning person in my family as one of my family member is under going treatment and i need money for that and for the food as well as don’t have any other earning procedure so kindly help me to release my salary please as they can take the nominal amount as Rs 5000 i am ready to pay now…. please help me to release rest of my salary please as i beg of you otherwise how my family will survive this month as apart from salary i don’t have any other money i will pay the rest amount in 1 or 2 months but wright now i need the money.. please help…

Even i registered a complain with the Request No # 13035246049 and even dropped a email to them on Tuesday, 5 February, 2013 9:51 AM and once again on Sunday, 2 June, 2013 4:45 PM….but no body help me…
