Took money and did not provide the service

I contacted EDMF services through OLX for a cleaner for my shop. Their website states they provide cooks, cleaner, baby sitter etc. They said they charge 3500rs as annual fees and will provide the cleaner within 3 days. I paytm them the amount and was in regular touch with them for 5 days and was getting updates that the cleaner is coming from west bengal, he is on his way and all that stuff. After 5 days they stopped attending my calls. And then I called them with different number which they picked and when I told them who I was and asked where has that person reached, they disconnected my call immediately and switched it off. And now I am unable to contact them. I have all the trail mails, messages and even a copy of contact that I signed with them regarding this service.
