Dear sir,
i have approached tikona broadband service for internet connection for my studies and paid cheque dated 23rd march 2011which was debited on 26th of march 2011,but at times the engineer who came for installation told of me that there is a network problem at my place and I’ll be facing the same throughout thus i asked for cancellation over telephone and the executive assured me that I’ll get the refund within 15 days its been more than 2months and yet i haven’t received anything till the date instate they are sending me bills without any installation please help me in getting my refund
