Dear sir,
I have complainted on 02.07.11,12.07.11 and 26.07.11for my above TATA indicom no 04652650565 to be cancelled The complaint numbers are 314134,322025.From lastmonth june2011 onwards that they have included my no in one nation180 plan without informing me that i am not using the connection for many months and they have added in the monthly bill also Rs 180/- with service charges.I have talked with nodal officer also on 27.07.11 and e mailed the copy of complaint to customer [email protected]. Still my complaints are not resolved.
please advise me to what i suppose to do with the service provider sor resolving my complains
