I have placed an order on 27th May 2012, in TIMTARA.COM for, Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos C3312 Mobile Phone, Order Ref # 10261846 for an amount of Rs.3389. TIMTARA.COM has a shipping policy for the item to get delivers in 10-15 working days. But, I havent got the product tilldate. It has completed 23 days (near to 1 month), still the status of the order is Awaiting Shipment, but i couldnt get the product. This is really bad on the service part of this vendor where the other online vendors are able to deliver the products in very short span of time. If they dont have the product availabel to ship, then they has to mention in the website that the product is not availabel or update us accordingly. This is really bad on the service part of TIMTARA.
