Timtara – order did not shipped in 45 days

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Timtara.Com

I placed 3 orders at Timtara.com on 9th Nov 2012. Till today(13 Dec 2012) order status is showing as AWAITING SHIPMENT.

I called Timtara customer 20 times and each and every time I got response saying that your issue will be resolved in 48 hours. Till today there is no positive response from Timtara.

Guys, Please do not order anything through Timtara. There are some other website also available which will ship your product in 2-3 working days but timtara there is not gurantee.
