Timtara not shipping product. No update further. Customer Care contact# not working. No email responses.

I placed my Order on 15 Jul ’12 (Order# 10289074) just to know that it will never ship nor my order status would change. It has been close to a month now and there is no update until now.

Wrote emails, complaints, contacted the Customer Care no. but no update upon that. This seems to be a fraud.
