I ordered Lenovo USB 2.0 speakers from timtara.com on 19th of April, but after some days of order i decided to cancel that order. At that point of time the Order status was awaiting fulfillment.
I have sent them 6-7 mails for order cancellation and called on their customer care number. On email they first asked the reason for Order Cancellation then i got a mail in which they asked to check status of Product. The product status on the website is still under progress. Today on 27th, April, they have sent me a mail in which they are clearly declining to cancel my order. I want you people to please look into this issue. I am attaching some screen shots for the reference.
