Hi,
I have ordered 2 no.s of lg DVD player on 4th feb 2012. It was mentioned in the order that it will be delivered in 8-10 days, but it has still not been delivered, later the status shows order cancelled & this order is marked as payment refund pending
whenever I called customer care, they confirmed strongly money will be refunded within 7 working days..
I also sent many mails to [email protected], but they have not respond any one….
