Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Surendra Singh from Bangalore.
I booked my house hold consignment from Ghaziabad to Bangalore with
Times Relocations on 21st May 2012. (Same day my goods were loaded
from Ghaziabad).
Bill Number – 1234 & 1242
On 10-06-2012, I received my consignment in Bangalore.
Before unloading, I was asked to pay all the balance which I paid.
While unloading and unpacking I came to know that my few goods are
missing and few of them are completely damaged. Here is the list:
Missing Items:
1. Double Bed Me-tress
2. Table Glass
2. Shoe rack
Damaged Item:
1. Double Bed – (Completely Damaged)
2. Refrigerator door
3. Two wheeler silencer, side cover,
4. Sofa Tourn/Damaged
5. TV Stand Handle
The person who brought all the goods (Rahul Saini), has taken the
picture of damaged items.
I discussed with Mr. Sukhdev (Manager, Times Relocation, Bangalore) and Mr. Sudan regarding this.
Since last week, I am trying to contact TIMES Relocations Team in bangalore but they are not giving me a proper responce.
Now I have decided to file a case against Times Relocations.
