TIkona – refund and disconnection

Please disconnect and refund due to following reasons :-

1) Wrong plan has been sold to me, i was promised a speed of 1 mbps @ Rs.3000 for 6 months but i have subscribed to 512 kbps
2) I need a full refund because no installation has been done since 1.5 months and i have not used any of ur service.

Mr. Pramod (sales executive id :- 500005647 and mob number :- 7498874632) has sold me a wrong plan by telling me that he is carrying a old sales brochure which shows 512 kbps instead of 1mbps.

Its been 1.5 months no action has been taken by tikona team even after 10-12 reminders. I may have to move to consumer court if i do not get my Rs.3000 in full.

I may also put on all forum on the internet if my issue does not get resolved at the earliest.
