Name of company/service: Tikona Wireless Broadband
I had placed a request on 2nd June 2012 for disconnection but they haven’t yet done anything.
I have received calls from atleast 5 customer care officers asking for the same questions like why are you disconnecting, we can shift it to your new location, we allow you to keep custody for a year, does your neighbour needs it so on so forth.
Bottom line is I wan’t to be disconnected come what may they are just delaying the process also they have closed my initial service request for no reason.
Can somebody help ?
