I bought Tikona broadband connection in June month, and the installation had done at my address on 23-June-2012,
after that I had a lot of problem facing, my internet was not working properly the engineer
visited to my home and said to me that we have to disconnect your connection because there is no Tikona wifi router near your home,
that’s why you are facing the problem, and he disconnected my internet on 7-July-2012, as per engineer and Tikona told me that
your money will refund as soon as possible by cheque, but still i have not received any amount from Tikona even they don’t want to reply of my e-mail.
