I have opted for Tikona Isp on 4th may 2012,i opted for a plan which is 512kbps unlimited,my signal strength is took low, i have authentiction issues,every now and then i get disconnected,they have charged me 2100/
for the same.they send technicians to resolve the issue, but the technicans says we dont have enough of resources to solve the issue and they suggest to cancel the connection. They have some hidden terms and conditions according to them a customer who pays more money they give them full bandwidth but to those who takes quartly plan they divide bandwidth after some time.If the issues has not been resolve they close the case from their end and say your issue is resolved. (You should understand the marketing skills behind it as you are not getting the speed so go ahead and take the other plan where you will get gud speed)they will ask you to pay more money, the speed which i opted for is 512kbps but since 20 days my down load speed is 10kbps to 29kbps(accroding to 512kbps plan it shud be around 60kbps to 69kbps) so be aware of these kind of scams which these kind of companies do inorder to get more money.
