Tikona had no network coverage in New Panvel and hence my application was cancelled on 05 Jan 2012 after their engineer confirmed that their Wi-Fi does not work in new Panvel. But till now, after more than 5 months, there is no refund done. When I call the Customer Care, I am provided my own contact number saying that call on this number and you will get your cheque. The Sales Executive does not attend my call. I want to file a complaint against tikona. Please help me……
