Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband
I have taken a new tikona connection 3 days ago. From the day i took the connection, i am facing speed issue and continuously calling customer care, however, i am not getting speed. I have taken 4 MBPS plan and i am continuously getting 0.3 MBPS speed.
I already discussed a lot with customer care in last 3 days. It seems like Tikona is fooling people and now i dont believe them at all. I tried contacting their sales representative who fooled me, however, he is not picking up my phone. This shows their attitude.
When contacted customer care and asked for transfer of call to senior, he disconnected the call twice.
