Tikona executives not responding properly

Location/place: Shadipur, Delhi

My Consumer ID for Tikona is 1106718700. I had paid Rs 1500/- for 3 months connection. It was satisfactory in the starting but nowadays I am not able to access net and when accessible the speed is negligible. I have contacted Tikona Customer Care many times and got the same reply every time i.e. “we will send an engineer soon”. That Engineer has never reached us and so we are not able to access the net properly. Kindly get me rid of this menace either by repairing or refunding.
