tikona executive’s fault and they charged me Rs6500

Location/place: mumbai

Name of company/service: tikona digital network pvt Ltd

I started using tikona internet service in Oct 2010 with a yearly plan of 512kbps unlimited for Rs 6618.when the service was about to expire an executive came to my house for the renewal of the service.i wanted to renew with the same plan but he lied to me that the service is no longer available and you will have to apply for an new service with a new new account and a new plan.i did as he said. after that tikona agents stared troubling me to pay the earlier account bill every day.i gave them all the details of my new plan and a/c no with all the receipts and cheque number by which i made the payment.about few weeks ago i received a legal notice from tikona to pay the amount or else legal actions will be taken against me.on 23rd June 2012 i received a call from the legal adviser that i don’t make the payment i’ll be dragged to court.on the same day i went to tikona head office at bhandup Mumbai.the asked me to make the payment of Rs 6500 or else legal actions will be taken against me.so to avoid any damage i immediately made the payment of 6500.i have all the receipt and bills…. and also the fraud agents details….Plz help me..my email id is [email protected] fore any further communication
