Tikona : even after 5 month company is unable to process refund.

I have applied for tikona broadband in mid of march, But due to feasibility issue they are unable to set the broadband , Thus they need to return the advance payment made by me , According to company policy they take at most 30 days to make a refund, But it is last of august , i have not received the refund yet,
