Tikona Broadband Disconnection

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Tikonna Broadband

Hi,

I had a Tikona Broadband connection vide UserID:1105853755. I applied for a disconnection of the broadband service on 28th March 2012 vide Tikona Request Number: 1-2254156852. The Tikona service people visited my place on 29th March and took away their equipments and wires etc. The bill however has not stopped. I am entitled to a refund of around INR 2500 as they were not able to provide the wireless router for which I had paid them for. I have an email from Tikona wherein they agree that they will refund the money. Despite repeated emails I have not received any traction on this matter.

Please help!!!
