Hi,

I am having Tikona broadband connection in wadgaon sheri pune.

my tikona user is 1107081873.I have upgraded my connection to 2mbps as company promised to get speed to 2mbps always, now I am not even getting speed of 156kbps/s.

Please take some action against this company as they are fooling people and not providing the service.
