Name of company/service: tikona braodband
I took Tikona, But I have faced a lot of Harassment on usage of this Broadband, I am amazed by Poor Services of TIKONA, I have given them options to Reimburse if they cannot give me promised/coommitted speed at home.
Their ENgineer Visisted home,a nd told me that 2 reason for the same, is that TOWER is removed and placed away in Palam Vihar which is away from my Home; and 2nd reason is Instrument at my home place needs to be changed…
I will like to ask without proper inspection , How can Tikona keep on Charging money..
TIKONA has disappointed and cheated me..
I need to be compensated..or else reimbursed all my money….
I will not like to apy for POOR Braodband speed which disconnects every 20 minutes…
