tikona, a fraud company, sending bill monthly after disconnection

Location/place: delhi

Name of company/service: tikona digital communication

i have disconnected the tikona connection in april 20012 yet they are sending bill monthly and asking for payment
and they are calling daily for payment
what should do
a person (anand kumar) called me from tikona and threatening me.
kindly take action against this company
this is the fully fraud company.
my numner is 9310879505
