Ticket not booked but money deducted

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: irctc.co.in

I was trying to book tatkal ticket through irctc.co.in. When the selection process completed, the page redirected to payment page(i don’t remember the payment vendor) and money got deducted from my account. The transaction number is 3001270795(I paid through ICICI internet banking). After payment process process that site couldn’t send my transaction details to the irctc and my ticket also couldn’t get booked. Now i neither have money nor ticket..
