Ticket cancelled by company then not paying my money back

I booked flight ticket from TRAVOLOOK.IN on 22/03/2021 from mumbai to patna and paid by credit card and they mailed me back that ticket got cancelled because of fare expiration. So I booked ticket from another website and after 1 hour they are saying that my ticket is confirmed and not refunding my money back . I have their mail of my ticket not booked and now they are doing fraud by saying that my ticket is confirmed now . I have already booked ticket from another website after their cancellation mail . Their reference booking number was REF 409375627
