I had booked 5 tickets from Mumbai to Goa and back thru TravelChaCha.com. via details as mentioned below Please note that PNR for the flight ticket booking under the reference no.
AWOCLZ could not be generated at the time of booking due to some technical
error.
Travelchacha.com /Culture Holidays India Pvt Ltd will reverse the
amount back to your credit card within 2-3 working days.
Its been more than 45 working days and my refund is still awaited , whichi booked it thru HDFC credit card.The bank has already charged me which is already been paid from my side.
On several folloups from my side Travel chacha is just delaying my refund without providing a reason.
I had written to them and called them number of times and the following was their reply.
