Name of company/service: Kingfisher Airlines
I booked a airline ticket in kingfisher for travelling from mumbai to trivandrum on 1 march, 2012 and back. Since the flight was cancelled, alternately arrenged on AirIndia. On reasching the Airport with my child, AirIndia refused to issue ticket and kingfisher authorities didn’t respond positively to my despiartion and mental agony. they said they have cancelled the ticket and subsequently will get my credit within 48 hrs but still no avail. I have send numerous mail to their costumer complaint and appellate tribunal but no response. Please help to me get my refund.
