Dear sir,
I was a tikona customer to my bad luck and my user ID is 1102937781. I have taken the connection in december-2010.
Surprised to its poor service, I have requested for disconnection in march, 2011 by calling tikona customer care. I have paid the last month bill amount as well. I used to make the payment through tikona representatives who used to collect the bill amount. I have done the payment in the same way even in the month of april.
Later, I have got a few calls from the tikona that there is an outstanding amount. After a few days, one of their representatives has called me and given the reference number for closure (118-23672174) and said a sorry for the inconvenience caused and asked me to just send an e-mail to the tikona ([email protected]) quoting this number as a reference number for disconnection and requested to give back the modem and the installation kit, I DID accordingly, I have e-mail proofs for this.
From 19 months after the disconnection request (a few days ago)I have got a call from tikona’s legal department threatening that they would file a legal case if I don’t pay rs. 4000/- Immediately. I am very much surprised at it because I was under the impression that it is closed as per the e-mail reply and there were no e-mails/ Calls later.
I have requested tikona sending them so many e-mails to look into this issue, but couldn’t get a reply. But, the legal department of the tikona is harassing me that they would file a case against me. They are not at-least listening to my words and today, they termed that I am a fraud customer. If I am really a fraud customer, I might not have send an e-mail/ Followed up with them. Even after paying the bill, after these many years, I am loosing plenty of time and getting mentally disturbed by these people.
I have lost my peace of mind, was abused, lost so much of my valuable time. I would like to request you to take a legal action against the tikona digital networks
