I have purchased Thomas cook one currency card from Mumbai office in Nov 2017. I have forgotten my Password due to which I was not able to login to site in between. In Mar 2020 I have to do international travel for which I thought to top up my card & have requested customer care to reset my password. When I opened my account I found less amount in my card than expected. I tried to get card statement but there was an error in Thomas cook site. I tried to get it through raising customer care request
Through card statement I came to know that from 04/06/2017 onwards an inactivity fees of 8.25 USD is debited from my card/month. Around 173.25 USD has been deducted between the period 04-06-2018 to 04-02-2020.
However I have never received any call from Thomas cook for this fees neither message nor emails of such transactions,
Post this I raised request for refund of my remaining amount to my account. As oer their customer care request I need to check with Kolkata branch. I contacted them & requested for refunding of pending amount & deduction of Inactivity fees on 29 Feb ,however neither pending balance of my account nor deducted inactivity fees got refunded to my account & again in March month they have levied inactivity fees
