I have purchased a MI TV 55 inches through Amazon on 23-08-2019. The product was reached me on 03-09-2019. MI TV technician has come on 13-09-2019 and installed the TV and found that the remote was not working. Hence we raised complaint to customer care. Now the MI people are saying that the remote will not be provided at free of cost. Hence I wanted to file the complaint on MI company.
