they have cheated me. please help quickly

Location/place: Rajgarh, Rajasthan

Name of company/service: Vodafone

The Vodafone company deduct my money without any reason. This has happened three times. The first two times it deducted extra money when I activated net pack, it said that I overused it! Though most of the pack was remaining!
Now it has deducted Rs. 100 from my phone without any reason. When I go to the helpline and choose to talk to customer care guys, the call disconnects!
Please help me ASAP!

    I talked to the customer care by another no. and the guy told me that internet was used by me! I have a dual SIM cell and I have disabled internet on it! Ha! Not a single call was made! My cell shows I used approximately 20megabytes , even if I used the data by Vodafone SIM it would have costed me RS.200. Ironic!
    Last time I Had activated 100mb pack for 3 days, I used about 60mbs first day and another 6mbs the next morning and I got Rs70 deducted. Then I talked to the customer care, he tolde that I bought something worth that(how was that possible when I’m using internet on pc). Unsatisfied, I called again, then the guy told me that I used 100 extra mbs. Then I asked him that he should deduct Rs 1000, why only 70. Then he said that he couldn’t do anything over that.
    You should really think over it guys.
