They did a fraud to me, I did back to back 2 recharges on 1st July 2018, they were of 2991 & 1925 to my Airtel dth account id:3008669976 with the valid of 1 year. I do hold 2 set top boxes, and i had confirmed with them (customer care executives) that if i am doing the recharge of these amounts/package then I am going to get 1 year validity for my current packages that are active on my set top boxes (which was Economic Sports). Now in Jan2019 i had kept a safe custody for one of my account that was because i don’t want to use that for couple of months because of our personal problems, but in Feb2019 these guys suspended my accounts saying that my account doesn’t has enough balance. Then since last week I was trying to contact these people but as usual they never respond to my emails & calls (as usual) their customers care executives are so poorly not responding to anything, later after numerous attempts I had got connected to Nodal Office Contact of them, and what they said is what information provided to me on July12018 was not activated for both of set top box at all. But on the call they confirmed that I am going to avail offer for both of my set top boxes…

I have all clear recordings but now they are denying and did fraud to me… please let me know I will attach the audio recordings that I did confirm with two different customer care executives. Please do help me, and get this fixed..
