This is regarding policy no.01603855 it was a Pension Plan. It’s commencing date was May 3rd 2005 and the premiums are paid for one year as RS. 1000 Per month. Due to some unfavorable circumstance my policy have been lapsed. I want to redeem the money when I ask the same from the branch then they replied that I will get the money after 5 years from the starting date of policy. Please advice.
