THEFT OF BLACK BERRY DURING FLIGHT

Dear Sir ,

I travelled AMS – DEL on 28th via KL 0871 under ticket no. 10572250481815.

At the time of boarding flight attendant at AMSTERDAM requested me to hand over hand baggage & convert

This into check in bag as flight was full though I was carrying one hand bag only of permissible size . I accepted

Her request & handover my bag to her under baggage no# 9 074 KL 717450.

When I received my bag at Delhi Airport I was shocked after I found out that my BLACKBERRY CURVE missing from

Front packet .This is something very shocking as I expect airlines to respect my privacy & not to open pockets of

My suitcase,Unfortunately this happen & somebody stole my blackberry ,this is very astounding and absurd .

I normally travel to USA atleast 3-4 times in a year & never faced this type of situation before .Most of the time my

previous travelling happened thru star alliance .

I immediately informed this issue to your rep Mr Dharamveer Mathur after I checked for my cell immediately on receipt

Of my bag to make call & at his instance given my written complaint to him at the airport . SINCE JULY 28 I HAVE SUBMITTED NO. OF EMAILS TO KLM BUT NOT EVEN SINGLE ONE IS REPLIED.

PLEASE ADVISE MY RIGHT HERE.
