The way Reliance earns

Name of company/service: Reliance Netconnect

My name is Chandan Kumar from Hyderabad and I bought Reliance Netconnect two years back with subscriber number 9347422694. Reliance Netconnect was working fine during my visit to my native place in Bihar. But since last year there is no signal at same place where earlier it used to be. I recharged my Reliance Netconnect on Jan 30,2012 as I was out of station and needed the internet connection with unlimited plan and again recharged on 27 Feb, 2012 through internet banking with receipt number AMIR20073151 for Rs. 650. But I was not able to connect. When I called the customer care, I was told that recharge has not been done and they raise a complain and assured that this will be solved within 48 hours. But even after so many days, my Reliance Netconnect account has not been credited with Rs. 650.
