the cheater reliance charged vas and other charges without any information

Hi !
I am using reliance cdma with last 5 yrs.back ,
and never be worry about the charges because i never check them what ever they said i believe but once i cross check there charges and once they set a collar tune even that they said local and std charges only on .30 rs on recharge of 90 rs and validity up to 60 days ,but charges apply on std as normal.
more ever now a days they are charged every day ,amount charged for VAS ONE 97STalkDP Rs:30.00
this is very serious
they all bastered don’t know the value of money
