Name of company/service: Reliance Netconnect
I was using a reliance netconnect 2G connection (7439154573). Then from the sales department provided me a offer to upgrade my connection to 3G. They have told me to send a mail to reliance customercare to do the needful migration keeping [email protected] in CC. I did that but no luck in my migration. From customer care I was informed then that migration process is not available. So I made the due payment of this number (Rs. 2357.32/-) on 29/05/2012 (while my connection was suspended from March) (Receipt No :- AM22489344) and wrote a mail to customer care that “I have cleared all my due. Now please deactivate my account”. But they send me another bill to pay while I am not using that connection and requested to terminate the same. Today someone called me to make payment of Rs 700 to this number otherwise they will take legal action. While I am not using that connection, made all the due payment I am not going to pay for this number again. This is the fault of their sales person (who dont hesitate to tell lie to sell their service to me) and customer care executives (who are too bbusy to entertain me). Both of these persons are blaming each other but none is helping me which is their job. The most bogus service I ever got from a telecom company. Now for this 3G connection also they are not sending me bill at proper time. I am facing some problem in making online payment. I am continously writting compain to customer care regarding the same. But no one is reverting me back.
