BELOW IS COMPLAINT GIVEN TO LIC,NEW DELHI, STILL MY POLICIES ARE NOT CANCELLED AND PREMIUM AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED, I RECEIVED REPLY ON 06/06/2012 ABOUT REQUEST/COMPLAINT FOR POLICY NO.116931255 ONLY, ABOUT POLICY NO.116931255 NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM LIC, BRANCH CODE 111.NEW DELHI.
PLEASE READ BELOW REQUEST LETTER FOR DETAILS CASE INFORMATION.

Subject : Request to Cancel the above policies. The terms of the same are not acceptable to me.

Dear Sir,

I have taken above policies from your Delhi Branch Code 111 from Delhi Division-1.

I had given proposal for Jeevan Saral Plan for 20 years, because I am expecting almost Rupees 53 lacs at the time of my retirement age of 60 years, I was told by the persons name Mr.Amit Bansal, Mr.Durgesh Yadav and Mr.Abhishek Bharadwaj, on my mobile that if you will take the LIC Jeevan Saral plan of 20 years for monthly premium of Rs.6125/- for that you will get the 20% amount of your premium paid for 1st year, and 10% amount of Premium paid for next 19 years this amount will be paid by cheque for next 20 years, I was agreed with the above terms, and Mr. Abhishek Bhardwajl asked me that he will send his representative Mr.Ganesh Oval, Pune (his Mob.No.8796666429 ) To collect the necessary documents. I had given proposal on 17/02/2012 along with all necessary documents, the Xerox copies of the all emails and submitted documents are attached herewith as a proof of my proposal request, Also I had given cheque No.916579 drawn on HDFC BANK, KONDHWE BRANCH, PUNE of Rs.6125/- which was cleared from my bank account on 28/03/2012 against my 1st premium of Rs.6125/-.

I was expecting the Plan of LIC Jeevan Saral for 20 years term, but actually I received the plan receipt for 16 years term, the terms of the above policies are not acceptable to me. I request you to kindly cancel the above policies immediately.

I was cheated by your Lic people/representative . Now I am requesting you to cancel my both policies and please return me the premium amount paid Rs.6125/- immediately.

I want to bring your notice that I had trusted on LIC and I am your regular customer having your policies like money back, Bima Kiran, Jeven Akshay etc. I am waiting for your reply along with cheque of premium refund amount.
