Terms and conditions were not told/ hidden.

Good day,

Recently i took the membership of club mahindra holidays.
I was very happy and excited so was my family, already started planning for the vacation, but all went in vain.

I was not explained about all the terms and conditions of club mahindra holiday plan.
I opted for the WHITE membership.
Membership no.- 2889576.

I was not told about the yearly maintenance charges i.e. Rs.15k approx.
I want to cancel my membership and want my full money refunded.

I have made an online payment of Rs.30k towards club mahindra.

I have discussed with family members and we have come to a conclusion that we will not continue with club mahindra with suchunprofessional executives.

I will be grateful to you if you please refund my full amount asap.
