I called to the customer care 18001234567 and asked about the plan for Vodafone to Vodafone 10 paise offer they told me if you recharge for 33rupees it is 1month validity but after i recharge for 15 days the offer they ended. when i call to the customer care and asked about this offer. they told the offer has been changed after u recharged, I spoked to the ‘Pradeep Bangera’ who was a manager, he is also accepting that they have told 30 days validity but he is not accepting to extend my 15days validity because the offer has been changed after i recharge itseems and also there is no Indication even the offer has changed.. Very poor customer service and these people are very rude not helping to the customers only.
