telephone line diconnected

Sir,
i make the payment to tatadocomo on 13-06-2012,but still today they are not start my telephone line and the phone numbers are:- 9246332182 and 9246336982,
i givan the so much complaints to tata docomo customer care from last 3 days, but they not given any response,
i have so much of problem for this company
please take some action immidiatellly
