Name of company/service: BSNL
I am Aman Swarnkar son of Mr. Byas Kumar Swarnkar from Durg Chhattisgarh.
We were using land-line connection as well as Broadband connection from BSNL.My land-line is currently dead.We lodge a complaint for phone dead on 23rd feb 2012 and now its 14 June 2012.No action taken by any of the BSNL officers.I also went many a time to BSNL office with complaint of phone dead but no strict action taken by them!
There only response was “it will be repaired in next week” , “within 2-3 days it will be fixed”
But now its almost 4 month by now and they are just ignoring our request over and over again.
Mr. Alok Kumar Sinha in SDO at BSNL office DURG is the concerned person whose job is to take care of fault related issues.
I request to you to take strict action against BSNL office and the person who is found guilty.
I have faith in INDIA and INDIAN GOVERNMENT and i am sure I will not be disappointed by YOU.
