I have book the 250 yard plot with TDI Green in 2007 till date they have not completed the constructions & allotted the plot.

Hi, They have done the same thing with me….I booked a plot in TDI city Agra in 2010 and now they have cancelled the project after utilizing the money for 2years.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A SHOP IN TDI GREEN, SONEPAT 5 YEARS AGO. BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT MADE ANY CORRESSPONDENCE WITH ME AND WHEN I VISITED THEIR OFFICE THEY DO NOT TREATED ME. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY LAND CLEARANCE FOR THE PROJECT WITH THEM. THEN HOW THEY ACCEPTED MONEY FROM ME. I AM GOING TO FILE A CASE. Hello,
I would like to advise you that you have to send a legal notice through an Advocate & then file a consumer complaint case against TDI under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in the District Consumer Redressal Forum in order to receive back refund of your initial booking/registration amount along with interest and comepensation from such Builders. I have handling some cases against TDI.
I am looking forward to hear a prompt reply from our end.

please go through the Haryana urban Act before taking any refund. Now the license of rangoli has been cancelled and as per law, the government of Haryana is under legal obligation to overtake the project and than hand over the possession of the plot to the original allotees.
though the Rangoli had applied for revival of the license, but they are not disclosing the same. there aim is to refund the principal amount with meager interest and than to get the revival and than sell the plot at present market price. so be cool and apply ur wisdom

i have applied for 250 sq. yard plot in the year 2005. but i have not till received any possession or any progress on that area.
this tdi is very big cheater. -
I am also a victim. I have invested for a 350 sq.yds plot in tdi greens in sonepat sector 16. I do not know , I should sell it or wait. can any body give a good piece of advice.

Now the license of TDI Green (rangoli) has been renewed, final formalities will be completed within 1-2 months.
So be cool and do not take any initiative to sell your plot at this time. You will soon see a remarkable appreciation in your property.Regards
